This is the chapel at the renewal centre where I and my Spiritual Formation class spent the last few days. Lovely, peaceful place. The image at the back of the photo is Jesus ascending into heaven with the morning sun behind him. The image that looks sort of like the saucer section of the Starship Enterprise at the top represents the Holy Spirit descending among us. I thought of it as the holy fried egg, but appreciated the attempt at symbolism...
